Shikha Sinha is the Founder of Vidhi Setu, with over eight years of experience across corporate law, litigation, compliance, and legal advisory. She has worked with established law practices in New Delhi, advising clients on regulatory compliance, contracts, risk assessment, and commercial matters.

Driven by a passion to simplify legal processes, Shikha founded Vidhi Setu to make legal knowledge more accessible and practical. Her focus remains on building a platform that supports legal clarity, learning, and informed decision-making.

Rishab Bakshi

Founder (Chief Technical Officer)

Rishab plays a key role in overseeing the technical, operational, and structural aspects of Vidhi Setu. While not a practicing lawyer, he focuses on building and managing compliance workflows, documentation systems, and process coordination across legal engagements.
